I don't think you get banned on first offence if you just say that you download stuff. In fact, I havn't seen anyone get banned for saying it because everyone does it lol.

I don't know one person that didn't do Napster or KaZaa when it was hot with no law restricting it.

I liked bam's stuff when he didn't throw money around to do stuff. I really liked the older Jackasses since they were all shot either in West Chester or The Local LA Area. The one where they rolled Ryan Dunn down the Sandy hill was shot down the street from my friends house. It was at Sand Dune Park in Manhattan Beach. We used to ride trash can lids down that hill all the time, and if we were lucky, sledding with the snowboards.
