The thing is, humans and living creatures could never be "levitated" by such a strong magnetic field, well we could but we would die. Such strong magnetic forces would cause all the iron in our blood to polarize and stop flowing, we would die instantly.

quite possibly, but then why hasn't the frog died? we won't know for sure until we try it, so i say we beuild a large enough electromagnet to do so, then find a lonely drifter, just in case. somebodey no-one will miss... umm, yeah, i'm still talking about magnetic levitation

every halomods member is going to meet in ohio and we are doing that. it's just too great to pass up! think of the media attention!

well, now that i think about it, gren should get more bandwidth before we do. everyone that hears about it is gonna visit halomods, and the last thing we want is a slashdot effect.

I did forget about superconductors, but the earth does NOT make that kind of field strength. The patterns in the corn fields would match a pattern of magnetic field, and yet, none do. If you think magnetism is causing crop circles, you are sorely mistaken.

i think god got bored and made the crop circles... lol
My theories:
-it could be the government and/or scientists with one of they're weird plans to make us go crazy and think about it too much.
-Terrorists
-Nazis
-Demons
-Ghosts (<- i'm actually serious with that) i really do believe in ghosts, they do weird things, michief ghosts.
but things this percise would have to be done by many people (if done by people), probably a large group. They would have to have alot of money for all kinds of equipment.

They had a show on discovery channel a looooooooooong time ago about a group of people that actually made crop circles.
They we're really good. And quick, too. It's really not as hard as it sounds. You just walk around with skiis on in the right places.
It's knowing where to walk that's difficult, they calculated it all out and based theirs on geometric shapes.
