Is every button able to be configured with Halo PC so the controls are just like the Xbox controls?

No, every button can't be used. Like R, and L and a couple others.

are you sure, bc i thought that the 360 controller was made for the pc as well as the console

You can use the Xbox 360 Wired Controller To Play Halo PC, (Dont Know About CE and Such) And With The Controls You Customize Them When You Start The Game So It Is Possible To Have it like Halo On Xbox.

(ive done it a few times)
