GameSpot help!

I recently (about a year ago) signed up for a free registration for GameSpot. Until today, I haven't signed in to that account for more than the limited amount of days. In other words, they won't let me use the account. I can sign in and stuff but the bad thing is: once I sign in, I'm locked out of GameSpot; forever! Press that sign-in button and bam, white screen. Bottom bar of browser says "Loading Done!". All I get is a white screen. I press back and I'm to the point where the "Choose Your New Username" page loads up. Now, another problem. I can't sign out or make a new account. Why? I just told you: White screen. I need help! GameSpot is my #1 tech and game source!

So, all I want is a solution.
