Not exactly true. The seahorse does practice a form of gender reversal, but it's not truely switching genders. Basically what happens is the female implants her eggs into a pouch on the male, so the male is the one who ends up giving birth.
Now, frogs, that's a different story. If there are too many of one gender, then some will randomly morph over a couple weeks or months and switch male to female or vice versa.
