3DSMAX HELP

I have this Tech Engineering class at my high school and were using Mastercam Art, 3D Studio Max, and Rhino. can anybody refer me to a help site, or give any pointers?

Go out to somewhere like Brooks and get a book called The 3Ds Max Bible. This helped me learn max easily.

Also is it true that you cannot have 3DS Max on a PC that has xp?? my Teacher says that you have to run it on a PC thats running NT.

Well, it might depend if it's an older version.
