Me and Ravnzcroft opened up the forum today.We are still working on it to improve stuff and get more video tutorials and such.Well please sign up and submit tutorials and you will be rewarded later with moderator rank maybe if you proof yourself worthy.Well i just gotta say that i'm kinda sick of halomods cause its always down and well i would say for starters.Everyone who got question about HEK/CE can ask me cause i can answer almost all of them.
This is not just a HEK/CE forum.Its also A Design foum based on Photoshop

you guys should make it open to guests, cause some people have a lot of forums that they have joined, and they dont want to join your forum if they dont think its worth it cause they cant see it....

this is just my oppinion, do whatever you want
