I have 150$ and i need a new video card or graphics card. Any reccomendations would really help me out.

Newegg is great, and if you don't mind mail in rebates and can shell out an extra $20 I'd give this one a try, I just bought it for a build and it's really great:

256mb or GDDR3 for $170, now that's a bargain. And it's passively cooled so you don't have to worry about sound.
