The UI and layout
Image

Explanation of what it does:
The app will basically tell the user the coordinates for the section of the HUD the marker is on.
Example:
Image
The picture shows only the edges of the screen bounds the application would show the coordinates for the space in between. All coordinates would display in textbox1 and 2.

If you click on a particular thing (say the crosshair) can you move it with the arrow keys or mouse? and have coords displaying at the same time?

He's obviously not done with it. That's why only the source is up for download so he can get a little advice/help. It's not there so somebody can compile it and use the program just yet.
