i would just like to ask what is the point..
u can only have 16 people playing anyway
linking 2-3 maps together would defeat the purpose of playing
u wouldn't be able to find anyone

yea but u have to think about multiple things
when starting a mod
-will people want to play it
-gameplay in general
and once u start making it, the game has to be balanced
putting 3 maps together doesnt balance anything
it will make ctf games take longer because u have to traverse
through the maps
im sorry i have such a negative outlook on this
but u have to understand..tons of people have already thought of this and abandoned the idea of it
im not telling u to give up im just letting u know that
many have tried for this and have givin up due to the fact
that it is either impossible, a dumb idea(unbalances the gameplay),
or it would take entirely too long to complete
there is a limit to the amount of things the map
will actually load..thus limiting weapons and such

and one more thing...dont double post...just edit ur response

Retribution 1.1 is an SP map made by a guy who put multiple multiplayer maps together and added singleplayer elements together. Let me find it for you...

This is a good idea instead of having a map rotation just walk throgh a tele to the next map

We just call them BSPs, with no leading "S", but yes, you can use more than one. Also, Retribution isn't the best example in the least bit...

i beleve this can be done in halo 2 by scripts if you look at a campain script youll learn in no time latinomodder has made a script that switches bsps by teloports i think too

and the script doesn't switch by teleports either if I remember correctly, which I may not

I think it would be cool to walk through a teleporter, but stay in the same place, and all the bitmaps change on the map.

what you can do is link like elongation and have it on the end, then link it to warlock and make it have 2 entrences/exits, and then on the other end have like turf. so its elong, then in the middle warlock, and turf on the end, and they will be connected to gether with the middle having 2 entrences, and the 2 maps on the end with 1 connecting them together. then for the balence in cft, extend the times to about double, the red base could be at turf, and the blue at elong, and warlock is pretty much going to be where the teams fight the most and where you see the most action. for neutral bomb and flag could be in the middle of warlock to insure the that its somewhat even i guess? idk its just an idea. and if you work on it, i would like to also. i am a good modder.

hay i will help you out with the mod if you ever find a why to do that.
the only why i can think of putting mapps together is some how scripting it so when you go thore the teliporter you load a nother map and other people can go throu also but u should mack 3 teliporters or ever how many maps so you can go to what ever map and before the teliporter add a pic of map
