Sounds cool... but impossible. You would need an elite team of modellers for that.

your going to need:

mega scripters (i can screw around with the Halo SDK and C++)
giga mappers
ultra skinners
monster moddelers
and your going to need snoop dogg

personlly i hate rap and this sort of stuff
