New Mod I am Workin on

OK, I am working on a new mod, I am already done half of it, although with the help of some skilled moders here, I can make it a outstanding mod, if anyone wanna HELP, PLEASE let me know.
I need someone skilled at HEX Edting and Someone who can make nice nice wooden bridge/platforms with teleports(SparkEdit).

The Mod so far has:-
Map:- BloodGulch

1. New bitamps:-(sky, ground, walls, vehicles and weapons)
2. New Models:-(weapons, banshee is modeled as a helicopter etc)-made by legato and l33t.
3. Large trees from Timberland, placed at many places of the map.
4. Hunters in Banshee
5. Rocket Launcher shoots Convenant Dropship full of jacals and grunts.
6. MC can fly
7. Needler projectile is well(matrix type/slow effect)
8. warthog, drived by grunts and Hunters in gunner seat.
9. Grenade explodes as soon as it's thrown(no delay)
10. MC starts out with 10 grenades.

Other things I intend to include(not done yet):

1. Wooden bridges, that has Grunts in Convenant gunner shooting.
2. Teleporter fun with wooden bridges.
3. Hex editing, to change names of Weapons and Vehicles

That's all I can think of. If anone else wants to help or has any ideas, please let me know.

im pretty good at makin stuff with sparkedit. tell me what you want and what to use. a diagram would be best so i know exactly what to do
