CE modder needed.

I'm looking for a CE modder to inject/make a vehicles tag for me. i would have done this myself but i am on a mac and cannot get halo CE, or sapien/gruella. I intend to take the tag and make it into either a PC mod or just plain CE mod.
The model that i made for halo was actually never intended for the game but it was just too tempting not to do it. And it was orrigionally made in maya, when i had no knollege of what you need to do for the CE injection, so it may take some work to get it in.
I need a CE modder is because the mac utilitys that can inject models that have more verts than the orrigional seems to not inject the UV map with it.

What i need:
a basic hog with 4 seats
New Rims,
new model injected,
new collision model,
blah blah blah basic custom hog

That would be very interesting in-game. A four-seater hog. Looks cool. (But I'm a noob at this so what do I know).
