Making it snow in Sidewinder

Hello. I was looking for ANYONE that might be able to make it snow in Sidewinder. I understand that there is a tutorial on making in snow in certain maps but I have spent hours working on it and everytime it just doesnt work. If anyone can help me, I would really superly awesomely apriciate it.

from the starter kit version i.2 download that kit it comes with hex editor have fun

Hex Workshop
HaloMapTools version 3.5 (HMTv3.5)
