Looking for a team of modder, map makers, etc.

Hello. I was looking to recruite a team of modders. The specific things I was looking for was people who could model things such as replace a plasma rifle with a futuristic machine gun looking thing or model a covenant gun turret to look like a human stationary gun turret. I was also looking for anyone experienced in map making or anyone who has experience with using HMT and stuff. Thanks
