Want to start a Modding Project for Halo CE. BEGGING!!

I am new here. I've had Halo PC edition for a while now. In the time I've owned the game, I've learned a lot. I know about the storylines in Halo 2 as well, thanks to a friend. Anyways....

I've dreamed up this great idea, and made up a storyline for an entirely new campaign. There's also a lot of new characters, and two video game crossovers with halo that you wouldn't expect, one of them begin Halo and the Megaman X Series.

This isn't going to be easy. The whole nine yards in modding are needed. 3D modelers, stage makers... everything.
