Calling Good Modders!

I have a mod request for Containment. It needs to be a PPF (sorry, Serenity's never worked for me). What I would like is...
-Stickies from the PR
-Spartans from the PP
-Power cores (from containment) out of charged pp
-Sniper is renamed the Hunter Rifle and spawns hunters where the bullet ends up
-Plasma pikes (if they are real) instead of swords
-Suicide hogs (hogs explode when right trigger is pulled)
-RL is renamed Aerial Striker (or something of the sort) and causes a rocket with a BIG explosion to come from the sky on target
-Banshee is different (do whatever you want here just make it cool)
-Skinned like Coag(by BKbeaner) or like it's moon stronghold (by ScottyGee, i think)
-Spartans are ODST's
-Elites are Heretics/Grunts (whichever is easier)
-Mainmenu is not nessecary.

Reply if you want to try this out. I need one ppf for eack skin, moon and Coag, or one modder for each.
