HOW do i internalize bitmaps

can you explain me how do i internalize bitmaps, which program should i use etc.?
To internalize a bitmap, in relation to these programs, I suspect that you would press the, "internalize," button.

Halo 2 Internalize Bitmap (.net2 remake)

These are linked in order from most recent to oldest.
I believe that the first one is meant for Macs, in a quick glance at the topic, but feel free to try. Personally, I would go with the second link. The last three are all by Tfav. He apparently updated it a few times and made a seperate topic for each update.
