i have no clue how to do this...

Alright i saw this video of a guy getting stuck in the head but the grenade didn't blow up.

it was a mod only because he did it several times.


how do you achieve this?

You sure it's a mod?
Maybe halo 2 decided grenades didn't explode.
Of course it was either a mod or a glitch.
Firstly try and google glitches for grenades not exploding. surly you'll find something.
secondly try yourself finding out how to change the grenades life span using entity

You would simply edit the "Arming Time" value in the Meta Editor.
