HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Just wondering,
I had a program which I have deleted at some point
It basically checked if the map selected was clean or modifyed.

I've searched all through Halo2 utilities and tried searching map checker
but alas, failed to find anything interesting.
Could someone give me a link or anything?
