Grunt grenade toss

Why does the little guy hold the grenade for so long? I have sped up the third person jmad, but even though the throw animation happens quickly, the grenade sticks to his hand and comes out at the regular time. In FP, you toss, and a second later the grenade comes out. The delay is awful and makes the biped unusable for me. Is there a way to fix it?

I think headshotmasta used the grunt in his mod for zanzibar, and I think he fixed it. Here's a link:

The grenade thing was never fixed in his mod.
However I do know of a way to fix this.

Open your map in Entity, scroll to the [jmad] tag list and open the grunt [jmad] in the meta editor
Scroll down to the
"Animation Call" reflexive and scroll through the chunks till you find one named "combat".
Scroll through the
"Class" chunks till you get to the chunk labeled "pistol".
Scroll through the
"Objects" chunks till to get to the one labeled "any".
Now scroll through the
"Full Object Animations" chunks till you get to the one labeled "throw_grenade".
Change the Animation value to 94.
Result:
Your grunt should now look like he is jumping in fear or something when he throws a grenade.
