i wanna mod again

Im just like vitaminmods im wanting to get back into modding and i have all the programs i need but i want to try and do different stuff to the warthog like hydraulics neon you know the really awesome stuff but i cant quite make ne sense of shadow07's tut on hydraulics can someone help me out?
