How do i invert the working of the main crane in zanzibar?

I would like to make a giant catapult.
I would use the main crane from zanzibar and invert it's working but i don't know how, plz help.

Thats a good idea. Sadly, I don't think it's possible.
Since it being attched to the tower and all. Though I can't be certain.
