i want to know how to add/replace an indicator on things,

indicators:

1)The heat indicator on the pp

2)The speed indicator on the warthog

3)The ammo indicator on the BR and Carbine

4)The Heat indicator on the side of the Plasma Rifle


like how the flamethrower had the pp heat indicator in halo3 havoc mod

Its a shader. Your model needs to be built in a special way to use them properly though.

Let me be a bit more specific now that I have the time: most models should be fine to add one too (weapons, vehicle mainaly I think)

The problem is that you need to edit the bitmaps for it to work properly (aka: fit on the models properly).

But yea... if you know how shaders work and how to edit them a little bit this is easy.
