I can't find the All In One program for the modding. Do you know where i can find the program and download it. Or if there is any better programs that i can download.

This is all in one tutorials with links to all tools, its not what you asked for but its just as well, and was in utilities. EDIT: ok i found it in my tools folder http://www.sendspace.com/file/245ngu

You could use my Modding StartBar

Ah, I figured this one out when I was fucking with a computer at my high school.

Go into your Start Menu and show all programs.
There is a folder named Startup. Drop a shortcut to any executable into this folder.
In this case, create a shortcut of the startbar app and drop that shortcut into that Startup folder.
