fixing coruptions after H2C/G

I have a conversion and as far as I can tell I have 5-8 corrupt bsp bitmaps, I had corrupt sounds and effect bitmaps too, but I was told a way to fix all this is to decompile all corrupt bitmaps/sounds individually, and rebuild again, so I did as I was told now it fixed all sounds and the effect bitmaps, still bsp bitmaps broken I've tried many times the same method, I even decompiled EVERY bsp bitmap still no joy could anyone offer any other means to fix these last few
for the record I am using the 3-3-7 version of H2C/G
map checker says everything is clean
and netframe work is "fixed" nearly every other day (perhaps over kill)
I've just thought all the corruptions are on bsp scenary (as far as I can tell) help anybody
