HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

so is this allowed as long as it's hosted off halomods? if so i'm looking for any for halo 2.

if you know of any for halo 1 i'd like them too but it seems all halo 1 mod links are down in that section so i'm not holding my breath.


before you get yourself all worked up i own halo 1, 2, all the map packs are paid for and so on, i just find it much easier to use an already made .iso.

This seems like it would be in the grey area. I'd suggest just creating your own and not fiddling around with other user created iso's.

well i CAN make my own but that means i have to ftp halo 2 to my pc, patch the maps, the xbe, redownload xiso from the usual places, make an iso image burn it and then hope that it works.

i have halo 1 on my hdd right now so i can test out YeloH1 and i don't have room for more than one game because i only have a soft mod with the original hdd right now.

i believe there were .iso's for killtrocity 1 & 2 so thats why i asked. any admin or staff or mod want to comment on this?

hey if you want to that would be great but i'm happy for now, i found the torrent to halo nmp at the usual places.

edit: sick burn, the tracker failed to load. i need seeders/ anyone that has halo nmp.

so, its allowed to post ISO images, but not like a folder full of files?

If so, awesome, i can upload killjoy map pack and halo 3volved

o btw, use Qwix to make and extract ISO images, its quick, easy, and always works

Its against the rules to upload either of those.

which i why i stated the question very clearly. is it allowed if they are hosted off-site. like i said i distinctly remember there being an offsite torrent download for a killtacular map pack .iso

People put them up on torrents all the time, but posting them here at Halomods is against the rules, as the .ISO files usually contain all the files to run the game, without actually owning the game (which is piracy).

Yes. If you do so, do not leave any links here or anything hinting at the fact that you have uploaded the files somewhere.
