Getting Tombstone and Desolation with a modded Xbox legally?

I want to get Tombstone and Desolation on my modded Xbox to mod them. (That was obvious.) But I'm pretty sure it's against the rules to go on XBL with a modded Xbox. So my question is, how do I get these maps legally on my modded Xbox?

Unmod it, download the maps and assorted files. Remod the xbox.
Or buy a used xbox and download them with that. Then work on getting those to work on your modified xbox.
I don't support getting the files any other way then the ways stated above. So if you can atleast do number 2, then I can help you with getting them to work on the modified xbox.

Well, I have an Xbox 360 with the maps on it. But I really can't unmod my Xbox, because it's hardmodded.

Run retail kernel/bios

you can usualy get on live if you coldboot your xbox and use a retail h2 disc, since it skips the dashboard.

let me get this right your saying you already have the most recent h2 maps on your 360 and would like to get them on your xb1
If this is the case use xplorer 360 (requires a hotswap) to extract the maps and patches and then use xplorer360 to put them on the xb1
(I think this is within Hmods rules) (if it isn't please delete this)
send me a PM and I will talk you thru it

For softmods only. Hardmods use hacked bios. That, can't be avoided.
Find out if you can turn the modchip off. That way, as Latino stated, you can run a retail bios and pop the original h2 disc in before it hits your dashboard. That way, you won't run the hacked dashboard (even though a retail bios should boot your MS dash anyways) and you also won't run any illegal/hacked bios.
So if possible, turn the chip off. Or make it go into stealth mode. Ultimately, you will be allowed on xbox live.

Yeah, there's a dip switch on front of the box. So just flip that off and download them?
