Xsata and Transfer Kit

I quick but sort of stupid question, I am not interesting in modding myself, but just to put the mods and saves onto my x360. Can I transfer the mods that are on this site such as hunter extermination and heretic lockdown with the transfer kit or do i need the Xsata.

Edit 2:43 on Wednesday 10/17: After thinking about it, i might want to mod but not until later. For now, I just want to transfer the saves and mods. My dad most likely wont buy the xsata now because it is to expensive but he probably will buy the transfer kit.
