How can I force only 2 teams in slayer games

I would like to have some of my maps only allow 2 teams in slayer games I thought I could do this with entity's meta editor in the scnr tag in the map descriptions>multiplayer within each .map file but it looks like that doesn't work
If I remember right map descriptions are changed within the mainmenu is this the case too for setting max teams?

I looked it appears not, please help me with this problem
I'm having good games spoilt by having to go to the pc to kick (and ban) the offender

Do the one man armies tend to be cheaters? That's certainly what I always suspect.

You can force the number of teams for each map by using a main menu editing program like Prey's Menu Menu Menu or Monkey Terd's Main Menu Editor.

In the gametype options, and maybe the quick options, you can also tell the game to force even teams. The worst case scenario, if you want to call it that, is a whole bunch of two-man teams. And you can disable team switching once the game has started.

I looked at menu menu menu and main menu editor and neither can change the number of teams in team slayer games, ctf and other games yes not slayer,
It just ***ks me off every game "go red or blue" then someone doesn't then I have to roll call then the game starts then on the loosing team a few drop out so I open the room then in comes some douche who goes yellow If I leave team changing switched of then for the few who joined late who don't switch before the game loads they stay on green or whatever they don't think to exit and rejoin

Really If I didn't get chance to kill them I'd get really annoyed

So menu3 and monkey terds MME can change how many teams can play on a map but only objective games so I need to find where it changes them in the main menu I know its not scnr because everything is nulled out
