I honestly have no idea what is wrong. I am running Windows Vista home premium and I am trying my very hardest to get AI and a Bsp on containment. It decompiles well and I rebuild fine but when I go to the hlmt or any random tag that I think I injected from the SP map. Like when I am in hlmt and switch to idents I get this.
I never got this error before I got Vista so if anyone knows what it means or how to fix it that will be great.
P.S. I can still load the tags and everything seems to work fine its just that error randomly pops up so someone help me please. I have not tested the map yet I will though

same here, i think its just a vista thing. Just ignore it cause so far just pushing continue will have the app still work. I havent had problems so far.

Vista was designed for the sole purpose of making modding harder.
since its Microsoft, it was a sucess but also a horrible failure
but yeah ignore it.

Lol, I'm glad they did a bad job then, because I have Vista as well and I haven't had TOO many problems.

You could just install XP on a separate partition, or even run XP on Virtual PC (if you have high ram.)

This has nothing to do with Vista. This is a .NET error.
And you can run XP in a virtual machine with about a gig of RAM in your PC.

i hate xp and who was the geinus who decided to put all the most important files in a folder called windows??????? i mean any one with a backdoor could just delete it and bam your fucked. there arent even decoy files. on x360 they have at least three decoy ms dashes to keep modders confused. i would so rather have vista right now. i have to reinstall xp at least once a week. its not even worth modding any more. i mean once a week you know how anoying it is ever sunday, what are you doing? reinstalling xp for the 3 millionth time what about you. i mean come on any one could design a better OS.
