Change the projectile's Z Coord Spawn to a higher number such as 25. Experiment with it until you find what you want. You may need to update your plugins but the co-ordinate should be in the Weapon Tag or in the Projectile tag.

you put them in the plugins folder depending on if they are a ent. plugin or a ifp. plugin there are two folders inside the plugins one in you editor directory. just pu them in the folder depending on what type ent. or ifp. then go to you weapon tag of the weapon you want and change the z coordinate to like 25 like Dissolution241 sayed

to update the plugins you copy all the text from the website then open your plugins with notepad and paste over what was there which is a pain in the arse I recommend just downloading the entity with most recent plugins to save time and hassle
