Hi, I am on a new laptop right now and I'm in the need of these 2 programs for modding purposes. I saw that halovicis was down. Is there anyway someone can supply me a link of these 2 apps or possibly re-upload them for me.

im not sure. halovicis says no links..... but are we alowed to upload to halomods to give it to him?
