Adding Weather To map - CTF broken

okay, heres the problem...

i followed this tut to add weather to a map: http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.ph ... 06&t=57918 and everything works perfectly but only whern i play the slayer gametypw. When i try to start up a game of CTF or assault, the map freezes. to elaborate, the countdown goes to 0, the blue screen comes up and then freezes. It works perfectly in slayer but not in CTF or assault. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be really cool.

did you by ne chance use h2c 4-2-7 to do it. u need 3-7-7

H2Core 04-02-07 Release is what i am using. Could you please hook me up with 3-7-7

EDIT 2: well this build did nothing to help the situation. Now nothing works, not even slayer. any other ideas?
