How would I go about making a custom HUD? Like custom health and shield bars or custom reticules? Ne help would be appreciative.

There is a search button, I know for a fact that there is a tutorial on custom crosshairs around.

your getting into advanced stuff that is a hard subject skinning HUD like that. there is a way unfortunately its difficult to do and may need alot of experience

I've been modding since we were first able to mod. Hex editing. So give me a link or something please.

well, you could also relink whatever it is that is telling the game to go to that hard-to-edit bitmap to a dxt version and then edit that. that could work
