problem with entity

Entity wont open up any maps for me except shared.map. They open up in any other program. I tried diffrent versions of entity, redownloading entity, and getting clean maps, but I still get the same error:
"Offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater
than the number of elements from index to the end of the source
collection."
If anyone can help me, that would be appreciated.
Thanks

Get clean Shared, single shared, and mainmenu. Try version 1.3.9, the most stable.

Some times if you have a duel desktop application running entity wont open maps. Check if you have a secound desktop option on you graphics cards settings thne if its enabled disable it. I think its a Direct X problem.

Things to check:
-Are your Shared, Single Player Shared, Main Menu clean?
-Are Your Maps Clean?
-Make Sure your Entity is stable.
-Set Your Map Paths correctly.
-Dont give up
check those and i hope it works for ya

Dark the Direct X wouldn't effect reading the tags mostly the sbsp viewer you wouldn't be able to run the prgogram at least thats what happened to me. but yeah i agree on the duel desktop application.
