Meta Faking Help

I tried to get the meta faking tutorial to work on my bsp conversion and it's just not happening. I've tried everything to get it working. Right now, I have the meta offset of the scenery of a flag base over the warthog horn (weap). I've also tried many other things, as in using other scenery, but it's just not spawning. Any help on how to get non-host to see the Flag Bases would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks, thirst.
