System link problems.....still....

Both my mods, as well as one i downloaded a long ass time back are having problems with others loading....i have had some more research with this, and still dont know what the hell the problem is, it would be really nice to have some real help for once instead of some one telling me to search.....

Dune mod:
**Racetrack mod going all the way around dune
**If people load the map, I have seen/heard the following issues:
--Track dose not load (witnessed myself, i load it, they dont)
--"I'm just falling into the water" -chris (track dose not load, they fall into the water instead of on the track, on my screen they are on the track, and some times move around or whatever, they die)
--"I thought this was relic" -xbc (wouldn't load)
--Others do not see any weapons on map, do not see the tack, can only see the floating tower, ramps from tower, and shields....
--Map freezes if i try to use Entity's 'Fix system link' option (not really sure how to use, not sure if i just click it or if im supposed to go to every tag i changed or what, but it froze the map trying)
--same issues weather the non modder loads from E, F, or disc, also same if Non/modder HAS the exact same dune map as the modder.
Coag mod:
**Mod has many banshees, 4 soccerballs spawn over duped ITMC tags in the middle, and 12 Containment cores spawn over a BLOC/tire html put over a duped ITMC tag (just putting it over the duped ITMC and spawning though netgame/collections caused the map to freeze)
**I have tested this map though my modded xbox and though system link using my 360, i believe mostly all the problems are connected to/the same issue as the dune mod
--Non modder (me on 360) has a delayed respawn (screen will be black or say '0 seconds till respawn', player will respawn after a while)
--When the non modder attempts to get into a vehicle, vehicle takes off, non modder is still on food, but from the non modders view he/she can contoll the vehicle along with foot motions (L trigger causes player to throw a gernade and boost), modder see's non in the banshee and not on the ground
--Non modder dose not see the already spawned soccerballs, nor dose he/she see the already spawned OR the newly spawned Cores (cores keep respawning from assigned area while playing)
--Fixing system link with entity appears to have done absoutely nothing
--non modder gets killed by the cores that are visible on the modders screen and not the non's, appears to keep living on non's screen, if tries to kill modder -will push modder and around and junk- but will not kill, will die later (delayed death from wich the non's cannot see (cores))
--Only some banshee's show up (ex, have 4 spawning on top of each base, only 3 spawned when i looked though 360)

Would really appreciate help, and not 'ok this is your problem, go fix it' then you leave the post forever, help me till i have the dam problem fixed....
