converting screenshots with yelo trainer

is there any way to convert the file of the screenshot to jpeg without the uber screenshot tool? i am currently using action replay i have a hardmodded xbox i just copy the files on my memory card then put it on the computer, but i lost the cables to ftp
. and it dosent open in photo editors like photoshop.it would realy help thanks
