Are you playing Yelo with the disc in?

If not, resign Lockout again.

It doesn't matter if it's from the disk or not.

The reason this happens is because you have a DLC package installed and you aren't using an AUs.
When Bungie first put out the DLC, they needed the game to show an error message if you didn't have the latest AU that supported the DLC. To do that, the packaged an extra file with all the official DLC packages, patch.lvl. This file gives a new image for Lockout as a little hidden easter egg, and tells the game to try and load Lockout from the DLC folder. Because it isn't in there, the game fails to find the new lockout file, and shows you the generic "Content Damaged" error.

Just rename the $c folder to something else like $c1 whenever you need to use 1.0, or put a copy of lockout.map in the DLC folder of one of the level packs.
