help with water!

ok im tryin to raise deltataps water level, ive extracted the bsp and used the water tool to raise the level then built it bck in and also injected the water static shader tag from zanzibar but that didnt work.

ive also followed detoxs tutorial but that didnt work either and no i dint get a black screen when it loaded because when it did load i had floating gemini machs everywhere lol.

so if somebody could help with this that would be nice!
