how do u change the spawn time of a vehicle or weapon... and is there a way to make it spawn 1 at a time instead of like if u pick it up it will spawn again.. i want it to spawn only if it is dropped with no ammo for a weapon or when its destroyed for a vehicle

Go to the scnr tag in entity's meta editor and scroll down to Netgame Equipment and choose a chunk. The Collection drop-down will tell you what spawns in that chunk. Once you find what you want (be it vehicles or weapons) the respawn times are there.
