ok, i have skinned the hog bitmaps/chassis.bitm and and inject it again(on coag) but when i gett in to the game the old skin is still there can someone plz tell what im diong wrong?

you need to delete EVERYTHING in the x, y, and z folders, dont worry, they will come back tho

lol no i dont i didt need to when i did it with the grass

You need to internalize the bitmap.

Some BITM are referenced to the shared.map so I believe you may need to put that shared.map in your maps folder from your computer. I could be wrong though.
