Help With AI Reviosions Map Pack

Ok. Before the flame come upon me. I already know it has instructions on how to install. But They didnt work for me. Actually all this mod pack did was ruin my friends modded xbox.. Inpart this is because the idiot who modded it and sold it to him deleted the MS Dashboad and i need kinda.. and well nothing else we seem to do works.. but anyways besides that. Can some one help me with this installation? Is it possible to have it just on a CD and boot it from that with out FTping anything to the xbox? if not what all programs do i need and where can I acquire these trainers/programs? (Yelo and ect.)
