Yes i know this, however if u go to that and check it does not include all the weapons as choices for starting weapons.

I may be wrong, but I think the only selectable weapons are the ones in that maps [ITMC].

Im not sure if this is what your asking, but I think it is.

Tut on how to make it so any weapon that is in the .map file is your starting weapon:

1. open Entity (or insolence, but entity is better), and then your map.

2. go to the [itmc] tag, and duplicate any tag.

3. close Entity, then open your map in dot halo.

4. go to your new [itmc] tag that you just made, then the dependancy editor.

5. change the [weap] tag to the weapon you want to be the default/starting weapon

6. go to the [scnr] tag, then the dependancy editor, and swap the very last [itmc] tag with the new duplicated [itmc] tag.

About the tutorial, what is the purpose of closing Entity and going to Dothalo? You can swap the items in Entity.

yes, but most people are more compatible and know how to do stuff with dothalo, more then Entity. I myself use Entity for just about everything, but for my first month of modding, I thought dothalo was much easier to use then Entity.
