Noobish questions (game types)

I've been at this for a couple of months now, I have a couple of questions that I haven't seen anywhere else
1 Can the bonus points (slayer bonus points) tariff be edited (like making a double kill worth 2 points, so 1 point for the first kill an extra point for the head shot/beat down same again for the second kill = 4 point then 2 extra for the double = 6 points) its just that I think a stick kill deserves more than a point for the kill and a point for the stick
2 Can you force just 2 teams like CTF does (but in slayer)
3 I had more questions but my brain just stalled

Nobody answered but I think I found for question 2 in the scnr meta editor there is a section for how many teams each game can hold it has all the usual game types there Slayer 8 ctf 2 assault 2 etc if I change slayer to 2 will it work ?
