eh...sorry...Ive tried this before. There might arise a way in the future, but not now. I think it has something to do with the constant transfer of objectives and AI. But if I can`t find a way, someone else will. Once again, I am sorry...

Why not? It is most likely possible.

Nope it isn't possible, not one person has been able to figure it out. Besides this would be editing the .xbe something only a few people on this forum no how to do. And if you did get the game to link and let you in it probably wouldn't work, the .xbe/engine wasn't designed to send objective and script data between xboxs. Sorry you can't play campaign over system link.

BUT
you can do something like it, what you would need to do is do a Sp-Mp conversion and move over all AI and zones, then you could sorta play the Sp levels with more than one friend.

Hope that helps in some way

For one BSP switching is not supported (Does not sync) over system-link.

No. I mean what I said. Campaign switches BSP's as you progress, then switches maps. BSP switching won't sync up properly.

Which is due entirely to the scripts. Scripts are the only thing that won't sync. The only scripts that will sync are ones that spawn things.

Scripts don't sync at all - rather certain actions, like spawning sync. But bsp switching, print commands, cutscene commands, etc, don't sync.

yes it does, we did it using trigger zones and it worked

It shouldn't make a difference how the bsp switch is initiated, whether you have it started by a trigger zone or you make it auto-happen after 10 seconds of gameplay.

I didn't think bsp switching would work, but maybe someone screwed up in some test when they said it didn't.
Can you post a vid of it working in syslink?

look at trigger zones as universal triggers because if player1 steps in the trigger both host and client will know that the person is in it, therefore it will synce over SLC, we tested it but I dont have the vid srry

Your telling me that one player can remain in bsp 1 while another goes to bsp 2? Because that in my books is the only "working" bsp switching.

WAIT i just got an awesome idea

why doesn't somebody make a sp to mp conversion, and put ai in it, from the sp map, then get the ai zones FROM that map, and put it in the mp version. then you would have SP with moving AI in MP!! wooooooooh my idea, copyright, trademark, registered
