hey,
i have an question
is there an way to freeze the game like yelo, but that you still can walk.
so everything is frozen but then i can keep walking?

If you use Yelo, you can freeze the camera in it's place by pressing LThumb + Back

no i mean that everything is frozen other players AI.... but not me..

Exactly as he says, you can't have animated signatures.

He means remove the animated part of your sig or Tural will ban you, because he enjoys it (lol jk Tural

And I've never heard of such a mod that freezes everything but the player. Good luck finding a way though.
