Ok, I will try my best to explain this.
I am currently skinning containment for my first mod, and I cant figure out how to take the 'blue' out of the blue base. I have searched almost every Bitmap tag and I still cant find it. My theme colors are primarily red, black and orange.

Please help, my blue base looks disgusting.

P.S. I am also trying to get rid of the rust as well.

Thanks
