messing around with coll's

wings 3d cannot view coll's in .obj form. is there a free program that can besides milkshape, that can view and toy and scale coll's?

it doesn .obj's, right? i saw a post that said it doesnt import or export .obj's
EDIT: it can, but it wont let me put in a number to scale it with. i want somebody to scale the generator_plates_a from floodlab coll to 0.7 of what it is now. THAT'S ALL I WANT!

bump......
all i want is for the coll to be scaled by 0.7 out of 1.0, and this program won't let me type in a number, just scale it by the mouse itself!

Coll models when exported by any modern modding application do not have faces. There are points though.

I'll do it... Then I'll export it, then I'll upload it, but its up to YOU to get it to work...
EDIT: oh and thats only 2/3 of them all... I think I know what it is now, lol.

yeah, because every time i saved it with milkshape it wouldn't save it, even though i edited it
